The road to Canada

Wintec Waikato FC defender Tim Schaeffers (below) in action against the Solomon Islands for the NZ Under-20 side. The NZ U-20's are currently competing in the Oceania qualifying tournament for the FIFA Under-20 World Cup. The tournament is being played in Auckland. New Zealand drew their opening game, against the Solomon Islands, 1-1. Another Waikato FC player, Cole Peverley, is also a member of the squad.
